About the Role:
We seek a Customer Success Manager (CSM) – High-Touch Onboarding to ensure a smooth, tailored onboarding experience for key customers. You'll drive product adoption, address challenges, and set customers up for long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead high-touch onboarding, customizing plans to customer needs.
- Conduct training, workshops, and guide adoption.
- Build strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Monitor key metrics and refine onboarding processes.
- Work cross-functionally to resolve onboarding challenges.
- Support retention and identify expansion opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in Customer Success, Onboarding, or Account Management (SaaS preferred).
- Strong customer relationship and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with CRM and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Intercom, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and technical acumen.
